Duties and Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills - including loading existing programs, loading & unloading parts, deburring, and basic troubleshooting.
Basic metrology, and entry of results.
Make adjustments as necessary to offsets.
Proactively maintain equipment and change out worn tooling as appropriate.
Collaborate with quality department to achieve high quality product, completing first piece inspection and documentation as needed.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Knowledge
CNC experience is a plus.
Ability to use tools of the trade such as clamps, jigs, fixtures and vices.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications and quality plans- and maintain documentation.
Knowledge of GD&T
Capable of organizing to and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work standing, bending, lifting and carrying 35lbs.
